Class was cancelled last week, however, our lecturer uploaded the assignments that we are suppose to that week so we manage to finish some work and assignments (thank you for the invention of fast internet). Classes started again as usual last Friday. We learn about the varieties that Google has given to us without us knowing it existed. There was also the term or acronym C.A.S.P.E.R that is used to make powerpoint presentation in order to make it look more presentable (the only Casper I knew was Casper the ghost).
So first thing first, what is C.A.S.P.E.R?
C.A.S.P.E.R is actually an acronym, where it means;
C - Contrast (more on to colors, fonts, objects, graphics)
A - Alignment (making everything looks balanced)
S - Simplicity (effective, and easy to understand)
P - Proximity (distance between text, images)
E - Emphasis (emphasize on important points)
R - Repetition (color consistency, standard letters, images
and shape that is related)
C.A.S.P.E.R is known as the technique used to create a powerpoint presentation that includes of text, images, graphics, animations and video. This technique is crucial to construct an interesting, effective, and could attract the viewers towards your presentation in order to get your message across. With this technique and knowledge, I could create a better and presentable slideshows or powerpoints in the future.
Moving on, Google application works like magic. Like literally, abracadabra *waves wand*
Another amazing app from Google is called, Google Presentation. We are able to create powerpoint presentation easily online as we can;
SHARE WITH OUR FRIENDS.
And not to mention,
DOING IT TOGETHER.
IN SYNC. (not Nsync lol)
So basically, group works can be done and submitted on time without delay. This could help to save time, as there are other assignments to do. Looking forward to the next class! :)
